The Southgate II HOA is working hard to correct the Deed Restriction Violations in the community.
 
Southgate II Homeowners Association Board of Directors wants to extend their gratitude to all the homeowners who have been diligent to ensure that they follow the rules and restrictions of HOA. The level of compliance has increased over the last year due to your diligence.

Weekly inspections of the community are completed by the management company and reported to the Board on a regular basis. The violation process is included in the Governing Documents of the Association. A homeowner in violation will receive 3 notices of a violation, allowing them time to correct their noncompliance issue. After the third notice fines will begin accruing on the account until the violation is rectified.

All homeowners are welcome to call in and anonymously report a violation. While specific information about a homeowner’s account can not be disclosed, the property manager will verify if a violation has already been noted during one of the weekly property inspections. Submission can be done in writing via email  or by phone using the contact information below.
